Keith Yang, Principal, manages the development of M2 projects from initial underwriting, through acquisition, construction and project completion. Over the last fifteen years, Keith has been involved in the development of over one million square feet of commercial projects throughout Southern California. Prior to joining M2 Properties, he was Senior Vice President of OliverMcMillan, a San Diego-based developer specializing in urban in-fill projects. Keith holds a Bachelor degree in Architecture from U.C. Berkeley, a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School and a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.

Joe Tang, Principal, has primary responsibility for deal sourcing, investor relations and business operations. Joe serves as the primary contact for brokers and investors during project acquisition, and provides project oversight throughout the development process. Joe also continues to serve as Chairman of Guidance Solutions, a technology services company he co-founded in 1993. Prior to Guidance, Joe was senior consultant at McKinsey & Co. and a member of IBM's Thomas Watson Research Center. Joe holds Bachelor and Masters degrees in computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
